Who we are looking for
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Analysis.
- You are experienced in requirements elicitation and documentation.
- You are comfortable working with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
- You have a problem-solving mindset.
- You excel in communication and team collaboration.
- You have basic knowledge of SQL.
- You have basic knowledge of REST APIs.
- You have basic knowledge of cloud technologies.
Your future role
- You will work closely with clients, Technical Leads and Product Owner to identify the best-in-class solution to fit the client's need and detail business and technical requirements to meet the identified solution.
- You will plan small/medium backlogs of requirements across vendors/3rd parties and ensure the scope is well understood by everyone in the Scrum delivery team.
- You will facilitate communication of key development insights and findings to delivery teams and remove impediments.
- You will facilitate workshops to find requirement gaps and interdependencies between backlog items.
- You will collaborate with PO to maximize value for Product Backlog prioritization.
- You will have effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with client stakeholders about the implementation of changes.
- You will have Agile Delivery methodologies knowledge and maybe a bit of understanding of SAFe.
- You will be knowledgeable of various management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Trello, and other Agile Tools to help manage the backlog and product delivery.
- And finally, you will have experience in collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
