Who we are looking for

We're on the lookout for a seasoned professional with the following qualifications and attributes:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in human resources, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel; familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Power BI is highly desirable
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, showcasing the ability to make informed decisions and navigate conflicting priorities in a dynamic work environment
  • Proven track record in developing new processes and enhancing existing ones
  • Communication skills that foster collaboration and effective team dynamics
  • Fluency in English

Your future role
  • Analyze collected data, identifying trends, reconciling discrepancies, and delivering comprehensive reports to provide a holistic view of workforce data and staff costs
  • Support the annual compensation planning process, acting as the main support for your assigned business
  • Analyze market salary data to maintain competitive compensation packages. Review and update reward packages and administer job evaluations and classifications. Lead the annual salary survey submission project
  • Design and develop Total Rewards related processes covering topics such as understanding compensation structures, interpreting benefits and recognition packages, and communicating rewards effectively.
  • Develop expertise in a range of tools, providing essential support to the wider HR team, particularly with the reporting features of the HRIS (SAP) and Compensation App (Anaplan).
  • Address ad-hoc reporting requests by skillfully gathering and analyzing relevant data from diverse sources
  • Proactively nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative and responsive approach to their needs
