Who we are looking for

The Ecommerce Product Coordinator leverages both technical skills and project management knowledge to support e-commerce production teams. This role involves maintaining eCommerce sites across the EMEA region, addressing bug fixes, delivering features, and supporting customer tools.

Qualifications

· Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS

· Working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)

· High level of self-organization and responsibility

· Logical thinking and a good grasp of cause-effect relationships

· Previous e-commerce or basic technical experience (such as understanding CMS, SEO, databases, DNS, etc.)

· Understanding of project management methodologies, including Scrum and Waterfall.

The role is operational rather than project-focused, requiring a proactive individual comfortable dealing with uncertainties and capable of performing investigative tasks.

Your future role

· Managing issue queries and collaborating with developers to resolve them

· Investigating root causes, setting up reports, and suggesting process improvements

· Communicating progress and updates to all stakeholders

· Demonstrating good negotiation and problem-solving skills

· Providing excellent customer service and building rapport.
