Who we are looking for

A career in FA at Deloitte Albania requires flexibility in applying international and local standards to navigate the complex business environment, both locally and globally, while upholding independence, professional objectivity, and technical excellence. Therefore, we seek talents who possess the following:

Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance or related business field.
3+ years experience in Accounting, Finance or Auditing. Experience at Big 4 firms is preferred;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for the purposes of clearly communicating to clients, stakeholders and teams;
Pursuing or recently completed a professional accreditation (e.g. an ACCA, MBA, CFA or similar) is considered an asset;
Project management and organizational skills;
Client focus, with ability to work quickly and establish effective working relationships;
Be results-oriented with a proactive and rigorous approach;
Comfortable with working in a transaction environment with management and executives;
Fluent English (written and spoken).

Your future role

Quickly developing an understanding of the target business and its drivers ;
Interpretation of information memorandum, business plans, publicly available information on the target business;
Review and analysis of historical trading, cash flow and balance sheets;
Review and analysis of projections, and underlying assumptions;
Review of the adequacy of working capital facilities, including consideration of financing limits, term and covenants;
Execution of financial due diligences and company valuations on the buyer and seller side;
Coordinate Financial Acquisition Due Diligence and Financial Vendor Due Diligence projects;
Production of quality deliverables (usually detailed written reports and presentations) within agreed timescales. On larger deals this will involve responsibility for the production of report sections;
Reporting of potential key issues for our client including identification of risk or price affecting considerations
Project management of due diligence assignments including client interface and managing an assignment team;
Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution.
