Popis a požadavky

Who we are looking for
Experience in core insurance system implementation, with a focus on TIA or Guidewire platforms.
Proven track record of successful project management and delivery in a leadership role.
Strong sales skills with experience in identifying and closing business opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective implementation plans.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching, mentoring, and team building.
Knowledge of the insurance industry and understanding of regulatory requirements is a plus.

Your future role
Lead a team of implementation specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee the entire implementation process, including project planning, resource allocation, budget management, risk assessment, and quality control.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs to tailor solutions accordingly.
Identify new business opportunities, collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals, and participate in client meetings and presentations.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expansion of our core insurance system implementation services.
Leverage your past experience with TIA or Guidewire platforms to provide technical guidance and support to the implementation team as needed.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to align implementation strategies with overall company objectives.
Support the ongoing training and development of team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in core insurance system implementation.
