Who we are looking for

Are you interested in innovative IT projects in the insurance sector and want to break into the world of consulting? Our projects respond to today's changing world of technology, digitization and innovation in insurance, reinsurance companies or insurance intermediaries, and you can be there with us!

You are experienced in IT business analysis with 5+ years of experience, business requirements collection and solution design with focus on the support of the implementation of new IT systems in Insurance industry.
You are attracted by the opportunity to play an important role in the transformation phase and propose key business solutions, for example, making an impact in the new regulations on the processes and IT systems of the insurance company.
You are motivated by the opportunity to own various projects and change the existing operation of companies to the next level and to work with top clients from the Czech Republic and abroad.
You have relevant experience in delivering IT solutions for insurance companies or other financial institutions.
You have experience in leading a team in the delivery of IT services.
You can find creative solutions and think analytically about a complex problem.
You are interested in current trends in the IT field, you will own your projects, and you will manage them according to the best practices.
Good communication and presentation skills, which you will use especially in regular contact with the clients and in presenting project outputs.
Knowledge of the business processes and products of insurance companies and at least basic knowledge of the legislative framework and regulation of the insurance industry.
Experience with implementing solutions in the Cloud environment is a plus for us.
You will work with various Deloitte experts (IT specialists, data analysts, actuaries, lawyers, tax experts, etc.) and you will gain access to the global Deloitte network, from which you will be able to draw anything you need.
You are based in Czech Republic
You're a native Czech speaker and fluent in English (German would be a plus)

Typical areas of our projects are, for example, IT business analysis, collection of business requirements and subsequent design of architecture and support for the implementation of new IT systems.
