Who we are looking for


Who we are looking for:
  • Interest in sustainability issues, in particular circular economy and waste management across various industry sectors;
  • Undergraduate degree preferably in environmental protection or economics and finance (ideally complemented with some business work experience);
  • Attention to detail and commitment to deliver high-quality work products;
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills;
  • The ability to think critically and strategically, solve complex problems, and demonstrate resilience;
  • Practical skills in using Excel, such as building simple models to calculate project economic efficiency;
  • Ability to synthesize collected knowledge and conclusions into clear information, presented in PowerPoint format;
  • Knowledge of the current issues and developments in the Polish and European economy, with particular emphasis on circular economy topics;
  • Knowledge of ESG requirements and municipal waste management as well as relevant laws regarding waste management and packaging is desirable;
  • Experience in calculating the environmental footprint of products using Life Cycle Assessment is an asset;
  • Fluency both in Polish & English.
  • Availability min. 30h per week
An additional advantage will be experience and knowledge in implementing projects related to ESG, climate protection, carbon footprint calculation (according to GHG Protocol or ISO 14064-1:2006), process efficiency improvement, energy efficiency enhancement, low-emission energy technology development, industrial decarbonization, business strategy development, and LCA-based environmental footprint calculation. Familiarity with methodologies and standards like GHG Protocol or ISO 14064-1:2006, and LCA, is also beneficial.

Your future role

  • Identify and measure the impact of regulatory changes;
  • Monitor relevant regulations and develop solutions for our clients;
  • Participate in consulting projects focused on sustainable development, particularly those supporting the circular transformation of market leaders;
  • Co-design circularity strategies for companies;
  • Support Clients in identifying and assessing initiatives that align with their raw material cycle closure strategies;
  • Calculate environmental footprints based on ISO 14064-1:2006;
  • Participate in local, regional and global projects and initiatives devoted to sustainable development and circular economy.
