• University or college degree, preferably in economics, finance, or Business IT.
• At least 1 year of experience as a business analyst or technical support (preferably in the IT or Finance area).
• Competence in preparing high-quality analyses and reporting attention to detail
• Basic skills in SQL queries or reports.
• Fluent in English with the ability to write high-quality business English.
• Fast learner with a proactive approach to work.
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

• Technical support experience .
• Knowledge or experience with agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of BI or automatization.
• Knowledge of the financial sector, core banking systems, ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus.

• Support users mainly in technical aspects of applications (e.g., access management, change requests, ad-hoc reports).
• Analyze business needs, define functional requirements, and prepare specifications to bridge business needs with technology solutions.
• Get involved in multiple projects including specification, testing, deployment, and support.
• Monitor and update the agile board.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating scrum ceremonies.
• Support the release process in system/concept testing (technical documentation, communication, and testing).
• Prepare internal working papers, training materials/videos, and client presentations as needed.
