Popis a požadavky

Who we are looking for
  • Open minded and eager to learn project management methods
  • Very good written & oral communication skills in both German and English
  • Academic background in Economics, Management or equivalent
  • Effective presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to senior level presentations
  • Strong computing, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and strong team player with professional ethics
  • detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Experience in project administration, management, process automation, operations management, data analysis/visualization and reporting will be an asset
Your future role
  • Structure, organize, and synthesize information to develop key insights on the group’s operations in Germany
  • Make sense of the data to create insights that can drive actions and outcomes
  • Generation of periodic and ad-hoc reports as requested by leadership
  • Drive operational improvement as necessary to the business through process enhancements
  • Maintain project trackers (tasks, owners, deliverables, next steps)
  • Gather, analyze and provide functional solutions
  • Ensure compliance to standards as per firm/team processes & practices
  • Provide support to project managers for preparing, Statement of work (SOW), or other service agreement documents
