We are looking for an experienced CRM Consultant with expertise in Salesforce or Creatio. In this key role, you will develop and lead a talented team of CRM Business Analysts and Functional Consultants. You will also work closely with our clients to understand their needs and ensure our projects exceed their expectations. Whether shaping our talent initiatives or leading a project stream, your excellent leadership skills, technical expertise and the ability to translate business needs into actionable strategies and functional requirements will be essential to our success.

Location: Warsaw / Wrocław.
Apply if you:
- Have at least 6 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, Lead Business Analyst, or Lead Functional Consultant within the Salesforce or Creatio ecosystems.
- Know at least one of the above-mentioned platforms inside and out. Have certifications that validate your expertise in Salesforce or Creatio platforms.
- Have hands-on experience in project implementation and management using Agile methodologies. Are familiar with project management tools and software.
- Have a client-centric approach and focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Excel at communicating and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Easily adapt to evolving technologies and shifting business needs.
- Have a strong track record of leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Have experience preparing proposals and pitching to potential clients.
- Are fluent in English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
- Are a fast learner and always eager to expand your knowledge and skills.
- Are passionate about innovations, especially in AI and emerging technologies, and understand their potential impact on CRM solutions.
Your future role
Management of CRM Implementations:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of CRM system implementations from initial scoping to final delivery.
- Design tailored business strategies and CRM solutions that align with client requirements, leveraging industry best practices.
- Advise clients on the right tools and functionalities within the CRM platform to optimize business operations.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of the CRM implementation process to ensure compliance with project goals and standards.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with other business applications.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for CRM implementation projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Drive the adoption and utilization of CRM technologies and business analysis tools within the organization.
- Continuously evaluate project performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Business Analysis Leadership:
- Define and implement best practices for business analysis processes and methodologies, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.
- Lead the analysis of business requirements, translating them into functional requirements that align with business goals.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, review progress, and obtain stakeholder buy-in on key deliverables.
- Maintain alignment between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring practical and effective outcomes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to interpret and prioritize business needs and manage the flow of information between business units and technical teams.
Talent Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members, encouraging personal and professional growth.
- Participate in new hire interviews, and drive career development conversations for team members.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and facilitate continuous learning for the team, particularly in CRM and emerging technologies.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, leveraging your expertise in CRM solutions.
- Lead the creation of sales proposals, defining scope, assumptions, and key deliverables to meet client needs.
- Pitch proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions and business benefits.
- Maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

CRM Team comprised 200 individuals from 8 countries in CE with a broad range of specializations, including various technology stacks. Among these team members, 50 have accumulated over 5 years of experience working with different CRM platforms. There is always someone available to address your inquiries because this is how we mutually enhance our learning. You can walk around the floor, meet people from different teams and guilds – you can also meet someone who has the barista experience.
