Who we are looking for

Juniors:

Degree in Economics/Business
0-2 years of work experience, work experience gained in a consulting firm or in financial services industry is an advantage.
Proficiency in English and in Hungarian
Strong foundation of various Windows based office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Outstanding problem solving, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Participation in university community life (e.g. Membership of College for Advanced Studies), excellent studies, case study competitions, international experience and further activities like TDK, OTDK are an advantage.

Experienced:

Degree in Economics/Business
3-5 years of work experience in management consulting or corporate/commercial/digital strategy role preferably in the financial services industry
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, skilled at translating complex analysis into a structured and clear presentation
Outstanding problem solving, analytical, communication and presentation skills
Strong drive, focus on continuous personal development and always looking for opportunities to make maximum impact
Proficiency in English and in Hungarian

It is an advantage if you have:

Proficiency in German
International work experience
Project management certifications
Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies
Experience in the Financial Services industry (banking, insurance, payments)

Your future role

Juniors:

You’ll be joining a growing, established team of professional consultants who are delivering impactful projects mainly for clients in the financial services sector.
Participate in projects focusing on strategy creation and implementation, operations transformation, efficiency improvement.
We expect you to understand the engagements as it relates to the client's business, constructively work within the project team, and assist in finding solutions by gathering and analyzing data.
Summarize analytical findings in a coherent manner and contribute to the creation of high-quality deliverables.

Experienced:

Take responsibility for project work streams and independently manage them
Work in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with others to find cause of complex problems and work towards a solution
Contribute to the preparation of high-quality deliverables to clients
Develop client relationships through interactions with client personnel
Contribute to building our business and team by providing support during business development initiatives, sales processes and knowledge sharing initiatives
