Popis a požadavky

Who we are looking for

  • 5+ years of professional experience in environmental advisory projects;
  • University degree with relevant major (Ecology and Environmental Protection is a great plus);
  • Circular Economy formal training and/or hands-on experience in relevant projects implementing circularity principles to linear businesses.
  • Experienced in impact investing and European and government funding schemes.
  • Knowledge of regulatory issues related to sustainable development, in particular Green Deal, Environmental Protection and Waste Management directives;
  • Good understanding of current issues and developments in the Romanian and European economy;
  • Good command of Romanian and English - both speaking and writing;
  • Very good interpersonal and team-playing skills;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Well organized and keen to identify opportunities;
  • Ability to juggle with projects and priorities.

Your future role
  • Project implementation in the area of sustainability and circular economy;
  • Play an active role in the business development process, including developing relationships, generating leads, and qualifying opportunities by understanding the client’s needs;
  • Supervise and facilitate the development of the team members (consultants and seniors);
  • Establish excellent working relationships with client personnel;
  • Offer advice to companies on the reporting and payment obligations towards the Administration of the Environment Fund;
  • Identify and implement projects aimed to reduce costs with natural resources, reduce emissions and pollution;
  • Operational consultancy on the implementation of the guarantee-refund system;
  • Environmental audits;
  • Program for the prevention and reduction of the quantity of generated waste (based on environmental audit);
  • Strategies for the reduction of the quantity of plastic waste (analysis of the used materials, action creation, option validation);
  • Creation of circular strategy with steps for implementation and assistance (including packing, waste management etc.);
  • System and regulation impact analysis on the economic sectors or on a specific business.
  • Frame analysis on the regulations and market studies (for example, regulation frames and waste management solutions); assistance of the associations/organizations in relation with authorities;
  • Assess impact of green investments.
