Popis a požadavky

Who we are looking for
  • 5 + years of proven working experience as a project manager/ manager in consulting;
  • Experience in the implementation of a legal front door type of platforms, e.g. Thomson Reuters HighQ;
  • Relevant professional training, certification and/or qualifications such as Agile, Prince2, PMI/APM, and Change Management are an advantage;
  • 1-2 years focused on legal department projects, either as an external consultant or internal change agent, will be an advantage;
  • Proven ability of delivering initiatives on time, on schedule with the required level of quality in both process and technology aspects;
  • High-level of proficiency with MS Office and expertise in the analysis and presentation of data;
  • Experience of developing project plans and effectively identifying / managing risks, issues, and dependencies in a project environment as well as understanding risks/challenges in area of technology implementation;
  • Experience in managing change, technology adoption and transformation;
  • Ability to think critically and apply appropriate levels of challenge to plans, risks, issues, and dependencies;
  • Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and competing demands, technology issues and data migration aspects;
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work equally effectively as a team leader, as part of a team or individually on your own initiative;
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and collaboration skills as you will be working with a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple countries;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Your future role
  • Primarily focusing on the delivery of client work that will successfully fulfill and exceed client expectations and deliver engagement and project objectives;
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, technology and within budget;
  • Develop project scopes, technology and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
  • Managing communication within project teams and with client stakeholders, maintaining and developing relationships at appropriate levels;
  • A strategic thinker with an eye for new client offerings or internal improvements and experience in supporting business development activities;
  • Use proper verification channels to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
  • Share knowledge and experiences to support the development of peers and junior practitioners;
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders (internal and external);
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

    The Deloitte Legal Management Consulting teamwork with legal departments and contracting teams to help them rethink their operating models, achieve greater efficiencies and increase the value they deliver back to their business stakeholders. We aim to disrupt the legal market and we need highly motivated and talented individuals to help us achieve this goal. You will be based at our office, with the option of working from home.  As this is a client-facing role, you may also need to travel. Our team members work a variety of agile working patterns.
