• At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of financial advisory, investment banking or audit gained in a professional services firm (preferred option), financing institutions and/or client service organization;

• Good understanding of the local & regional market and similar projects concluded over the past 2-3 years;

• Independent and proactive;

• Strong project management skills with ability to multi task across projects and work under pressure;

• Strong analytical skills;

• Strong presentation and communication skills, excellent command of both Bulgarian & English;

• Assist Deloitte clients with their investment, divestment or fund raising decisions by providing services related to financial due diligence support, buy side or vendor, and related SPA support;

• Pro-actively support the business development process of the Transactions function including developing relationships and generating leads by understanding clients’ needs and Deloitte’s advisory services;

• Ability to undertake a lead in terms of scoping and executing financial due diligence projects;

• Demonstrate good knowledge in Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory or similar area and apply it to lead projects and provide guidance to junior team members;
