Popis a požadavky

Who we are looking for
  • 4+ years of experience in business valuation / financial modeling and a proven track record of working on complex valuation engagements
  • Similar role within Big4 industry would be highly appreciated
  • Professional Certification — either CFA, ACCA or ANEVAR membership would be a distinctive advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to:

- effectively manage valuation or modeling projects and client/business relationships

- maintain high quality and professional standards

- market financial advisory services and build eminence across the market

- make effective presentations to top client management

  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate the team
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Ability to build productive, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
 
Your future role

In order to take the Valuation, Economics & Modeling service line to the next level we are seeking senior level professionals that will be dedicated to leading delivery teams, supporting sales & marketing effort, leading eminence building activities and the transfer of knowledge to local staff.

Responsibilities will include developing complex financial models and analyzing financial statements, including the analysis of cash flows, quality of assets and earnings, potential liabilities and risks, industry conditions and trends, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as the business and intangible assets valuation for closely held and publicly traded companies including writing client presentations and valuation reports. Preparation of business plans and feasibility studies is also part of the role.
