Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join a team which plays a central role in digitization and data analysis in the company. The team is responsible for the implementation of Data & AI activities and supports automotive brand globally and across departments. This role involves planning, development, and implementation of new data ingests ( e.g the Cloud Data Hub or FG AI environment)

Required Skills:

Solid background of work at AWS S3 bucket, AWS Glue, Data Catalogue and Crawler, AWS Lambda
Experience in Streaming services (e.g., Kafka)
Usage GitHub Actions for deployment
Expertise in Python
Deep understanding of Data modeling and Data migration
Experience with the project approach of agile development
English– Upper Intermediate is required
German – will be a plus

Your future role

Responsibilities:

Conducting requirements analysis and documentation
Connecting new data sources
Developing new data sets and populating the data catalog
Creating and maintaining data pipelines
