Who we are looking for

We are looking for candidates who have:

Proven experience in managing complex end-to-end technology/software implementation projects as a Project/Program Manager/ Agile Delivery Lead (at least 5 years)
Experience in implementation of SaaS/On-Premise digital solutions (e.g. CRM, eCommerce, Web&Mobile Apps, Marketing Automation, CMS, AI platforms) is a significant advantage
Consulting and/or business development experience is a significant advantage
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams, schedules, and priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a track record of serving as a point of contact for diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong leadership abilities, with a history of leading and reporting to senior leadership teams.
Experience with backlog management, business analysis, and prioritization across multiple teams.
Ability to track project budget & financials, team capacity and align resources with project needs.
A deep understanding of agile, hybrid and waterfall methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues and dependencies in cross-functional teams.
English and Polish language at least at a C1 level (written and spoken)
EU work permit

Nice to have:

Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince) or other relevant.
Experience in practical usage of GenAI in professional services.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks outside of Scrum (e.g., Kanban, Lean) and agile at scale methods (SAFe, LeSS).
Experience in managing releases and coordinating across multiple disciplines.
Knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools.
Experience with project roadmap management and business updates.
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Familiarity with tools for tracking metrics and project performance

Your future role

As an Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation projects (CRM, eCommerce, CMS, Web/Mobile apps, AI platforms, etc.) within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Manage project/program plans, financials, risks, dependencies, and governance structures.
- Drive Agile, Hybrid-Agile, Waterfall delivery practices to ensure efficient delivery and management of the projects.
- Act as primary client contact, providing clear communication, reporting, and executive updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, align capacity/resources with priorities, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Support consulting and business development efforts through solutioning, proposals, and digital roadmap advisory.
- Track and report delivery metrics, KPIs, and performance to ensure measurable business outcomes.
