Popis a požadavky

Who we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced PMO (Project Management Officer) to support OP projects and contracts management within our internal client portfolio, ensuring compliance with quality and risk management (QRM) standards. The ideal candidate will provide strategic support to leadership, facilitate performance reporting, and manage various project-related activities.

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • A University Degree is required.
  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on accuracy, precision, and excellent organizational abilities.
Your future role
Key Responsibilities:

1. Project and Contract Management:
Supervise and ensure correct management of projects and contracts within the portfolio in accordance with QRM standards.
Manage internal contracts (Work Orders/Change Orders; initiation, drafting, signature processing, and filing) as needed.

2. Project Controlling:
Coordinate project initiation, maintenance, staff allocation and completion activities, ensuring seamless engagement code management.
Monitor and reduce waiting billable WIP by closely collaborating with the business reps and providing instructions on correct cost allocation.
Monitor and improve timesheet compliance and address problems that do not align with internal policies.

3. Financial Metrics and Reporting:
Facilitate and manage budget planning/reporting activities at the portfolio level.
Provide accurate and regular reports to support business stakeholders in better controlling financial and operational metrics (e.g. Operational budgets, HC, CSH, Utilization).
Collaborate with Resource Management and Financial teams on activities requiring specific PMO department information.

4. Support for New Tools and Best Practices:
Adapt to changes and support the organization in implementing new tools and best practices to improve operational efficiency.

5. Collaboration:
Collaborate with Resource Management and Finance teams on reporting requests involving specific PMO information.
