Who we are looking for

Do you have proven experience in HR, consulting, or organizational development and want to drive transformation in people and organizations?
Are you skilled in talent management, HR operations, or organizational design, and passionate about helping clients increase efficiency and impact?

What we expect from you:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economy, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years in HR, consulting, or organizational development, preferably in client-facing roles.
Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), project management, and stakeholder engagement.
Language: English – Intermediate or higher.
Mindset: Adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in fast-paced, international environments.

Your future role

Participate in consulting projects focused on talent management, HR efficiency, organizational development, and culture transformation.

● Conduct research and benchmarking, analyze data and industry trends, and generate actionable insights.

● Prepare high-level reports, recommendations, and presentations for clients and internal teams.

● Develop tools, frameworks, and processes to improve HR operations and employee experience.

● Collaborate with clients to design and implement human capital strategies aligned with business needs.

● Mentor junior colleagues, supporting their professional development and well-being.
