Who we are looking for

We are seeking an individual who:

possesses a minimum of one year of experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications;
has at least one year of experience in JavaScript application development;
is a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator;
has knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, development, and delivery processes;
has experience working in an agile development environment (familiarity with ServiceNow agile tools is advantageous);
communicates fluently in English;
understands ITIL Foundation concepts used in IT Service Management.

Preferred qualifications:

experience in Configuration Management (CMDB data model and relationships);
one or more Implementation Specialist certifications (e.g., HRSD, ITSM);
ITIL Foundation Certification;
experience in creating technical design documentation;
serviceNow integration experience (REST APIs, SOAP, Remote tables, Integration Hub);
knowledge of fundamental Network and Systems Administration concepts (CCNA or MCSA level).

Your future role

Develop and configure existing and new features according to specified requirements.
provide expertise and technical support to application product owners.
optimize and automate existing processes.
support the daily administration of the ServiceNow environment and associated applications.
analyze client requirements and deliver solutions that adhere to platform best practices.
create and maintain documentation, such as design specifications, process diagrams, and instructional documents for the ServiceNow environment and applications.
drive the continuous improvement of service based on end-user feedback.
learn and grow as a developer by expanding your ServiceNow certification portfolio.
