Popis a požadavky

Who we are looking for

Higher education degree (Bachelor or Engineer);
1+ year of experience working as a quality engineer with developers, UX designers, and business analysts during the software development lifecycle;
knowledge of ServiceNow from the fulfiller/agent perspective;
ability to write test cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria;
knowledge and experience in various tests and testing approaches (new features, re-testing, regression, smoke, release testing);
strong written and verbal communication, especially for clear bug reporting;
ability to collaborate with people from different business areas with varying degrees of technical experience;
fluent English (at least B2 on CEFR scale), communicative German.

Nice to have:

ISTQB foundation certification;
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credentials;
understanding of Agile and Acrum methodologies;
integration testing experience (APIs, Postman, sniffers);
testing automation experience (e.g., Selenium);
foundational knowledge of databases and data structures.

Your future role

Plan and conduct tests and oversee bug processing of detected issues;
create comprehensive test plans; execute and automate them;
design, maintain, and run automated test suites;
guide user-acceptance testers through their QA process;
report and document test results;
work closely with developers, designers, and business analysts throughout the entire development lifecycle.
