Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a software tester working with developers, business analysts throughout the software development lifecycle
- Practice in writing testing scenarios, test scripts, acceptance criteria and reading requirements with understanding
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle
- Experience working with tools (Jira, SharePoint, Postman)
- Good knowledge of test management tools (e.g. Jenkins, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- ISTQB Foundation Level
- Fluency in English – project communication and documentation requires English.
- Demonstrated strengths in organizational, attention-to-detail, reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills and self-thinking.
Nice to have:
- Experience in testing Salesforce
- Experience on mobile testing
- Direct cooperation with development teams and DevOps
- Creating, maintaining and development of automated test cases (functional and non-functional)
- Performing functional and non-functional tests as part of changes built during the sprint and during the acceptance and regression testing phase
- Creating & maintaining test artefacts like test strategies, test plans, test scripts, test scenarios, test cases, test reports
- Development of functional and non-functional test approaches (automated and non-automated)
- User training and participation in the preparation of user documentation
- Support in creating and improving the testing process, recommendation of solutions to improve work
- Demonstrating ability to work in a team, facilitating effective team interactions, and fostering a positive work environment; willingness to assist teammates to achieve departmental goals
