Popis a požadavky

Who we are looking for

2-4 years of experience independently leading recruitment processes for specialist positions;
Higher education (preferably in fields related to Human Resource Management or Psychology);
Proficiency in utilizing diverse channels for candidate sourcing and experience in direct-search methodologies;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and international environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously;
Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and Hiring Managers;
Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level);
Strong proficiency in MS Office suite.

Your future role

Keeping up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices;
Enhancing the employer brand through various initiatives and sharing the company culture with potential candidates;
Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Managing candidate relationships from the first contact through to employment;
Collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and supporting them during the recruitment processes;
Administering recruitment processes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensuring high quality in recruitment processes;
Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for positions at various levels within the organization;
