Qualification requirements:

  • Graduates with a business – related university degree in, e.g. Economics, Finance, Law;
  • Knowledge and experience in transfer pricing principles, methodologies, and regulations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in Lithuanian and English).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a consulting firm, professional services, or multinational corporation is a plus.

Your future role
As a Tax Consultant in Transfer Pricing, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting transfer pricing policies for our clients and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities (both in Lithuanian and English), and a passion for helping clients achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed financial and economic analyses to develop, implement, and document transfer pricing policies.
  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation reports to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of global transfer pricing strategies to minimize tax risks and optimize business operations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations, economic drivers, and industry landscape.
  • Liaise with tax authorities and provide support during transfer pricing audits.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in transfer pricing regulations, guidelines, and industry practices.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborate with other departments.
