Who we are looking for

We are currently looking for high-energy, committed, and ambitious individuals to join our global Workday practice. In addition to designing and implementing Workday, our consulting professionals advise on process optimization and automation by applying the newest technologies (e.g., chatbots, machine learning, and robotics), the latest HR operating models, as well as service design principles to drive real improvements in employee experience.

As part of the recruitment process, you will be invited to a dedicated Workday Bootcamp where you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your fit to the team through completing activities and case studies. Successful candidates will be offered a contract, participation in a certified training program, and an opportunity to gain on-the-job experience in an international environment.

We are looking for a:

Graduates with a willingness to learn best-in-class cloud-based HR technology and take their first steps in the consulting world.
Advanced MS Office skills (especially MS PowerPoint, MS Excel – pivot tables, fluent in formulas like XLOOKUP or IF).
Self-driven individuals aiming to start their careers in a fast-paced environment with the possibility to develop and grow every day.
Candidates with a basic understanding of Human Resources processes and an interest in the 'user experience' approach in design.
Strong collaborators, willing to help and capable of seeking assistance, excited about challenges.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Customer-focused individuals with great potential to develop advisory and consulting skills.
Technology-savvy candidates, willing to learn how to configure a system.
Self-learners.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Availability to take part in a 1-day Bootcamp (7th June) and to work full time from July 2024, from Warsaw/Gdansk/Cracow/Katowice.

Your future role

Work with the Customer and the Project Team to design, configure, and test HR business processes configuration in given modules during the Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) implementation.
Support the Functional Team in the configuration of the Workday system based on client requirements, project documentation preparation, preparation, and delivery of different client sessions and supporting materials.
Support and advise clients on functional requirement gathering and Workday HCM implementation deliverables.
