Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • 1-2 years of experience in the area of Business Administration,
  • University degree, preferably in Administration, Finance or Economics,
  • Strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders,
  • Ability to act both independently and as a team member,
  • Strong time management skills, ability to work to meet tight deadlines,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish,
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Excell, Word and Power Point).
Your future role
  • Processing business documentation and supporting compliance with procedures,
  • Issuing drafts of invoices, processing and archiving them in the dedicated systems,
  • Processing monthly expense claims,
  • Providing schedule management support – arranging business meetings and internal events,
  • Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements,
  • Supporting senior staff in project risk management,
  • Ad-hoc support and administrative tasks as required.
