Description & Requirements
- You are a student of economics, business, administration, or a related field, and you are organised, motivated, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in administrative and team-support tasks. You communicate clearly, manage your time well, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
- The ideal candidate is comfortable managing various administrative and coordination responsibilities, enjoys supporting a team, and remains attentive to details even when handling multiple tasks.
- Administrative tasks, team support activities, support with the organization of different activities
- Supervision of file archiving
- Preparation and designing the offers and contracts, and other documents
- Preparation of invoices, charging in line with contracts, and the stage of completion of work
- Assisting with event organization
