Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • Degree in Economics/Business
  • 0-2 years of work experience appreciated, but and we are open for fresh graduates. Work experience gained in a consulting firm or in financial services industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and in Hungarian (German language proficiency is an advantage).
  • Strong foundation of various Windows based office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Outstanding problem solving, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to manage high workload and perform in difficult situations.
  • Participation in university community life (e.g. Membership of College for Advanced Studies), excellent studies, case study competitions, international experience and further activities like TDK, OTDK are an advantage.

Your future role
  • You’ll be joining a growing, established team of professional consultants who are delivering impactful projects mainly for clients in the financial services sector.
  • Participate in projects focusing on strategy creation and implementation, operations transformation, efficiency improvement.
  • We expect you to understand the engagements as it relates to the client's business, constructively work within the project team, and assist in finding solutions by gathering and analyzing data.
  • Summarize analytical findings in a coherent manner and contribute to the creation of high-quality deliverables.
