Who we are looking for

Deloitte Legal Entity Management team is looking for an Analyst to join our growing team to support with the delivery of our global corporate secretarial compliance solutions to our clients.

Our clients want us to help them develop and implement best practice corporate governance principles and help them handle increasing regulatory compliance, the administration of large amounts of corporate data, and the digitization of that data.

You will be part of a project management team working on delivering corporate secretarial services. You will provide global project management support for Global Corporate Secretarial Compliance engagements, ensuring transparency of the Client’s corporate secretarial compliance and reporting process through a web-based engagement management platform (LegalHub). Generally, these engagements involve services provided by 30 or more Deloitte member firms throughout the DTT global network. You will be responsible for facilitating compliance support across the world, and ensuring clients’ access to consistently accurate, up to date reporting on their compliance through LegalHub.

Your future role

Monitor local Deloitte member firm compliance with established engagement protocols and corporate secretarial filing deadlines;
Accept, triage and instigate additional, event driven support requests received from clients through LegalHub;
Review corporate documentation drafted by local Deloitte teams to ensure name and data accuracy;
Ensure engagement deliverables and updates are posted to LegalHub and that all compliance obligation and event driven change request status’s are accurately documented in LegalHub;
Ensure accuracy of LegalHub to reflect all actions performed throughout each day by the end of each day so that LegalHub is always up to date
Update client entity database to reflect any activities performed by Deloitte once completed;
Identify and escalate local country issues promptly and in accordance with engagement communication protocols. Actively participate in issue resolution, working with the local member firms to identify and resolve issues, and share insights to improve efficiency;
Thoroughly and accurately documenting all actions taken and issue resolution;
Develop strong working relationships with the service delivery teams at local Deloitte member firm locations;
Prepare and review engagement status reports which are delivered to client on a fortnightly basis;
Participate in regular conference calls with Global Engagement Manager and local country teams to discuss engagement status and to facilitate issue resolution;
Perform regular maintenance of LegalHub and client entity databases;
Perform other duties as assigned including assisting in the request for proposal process and assisting with new client transition and implementation.
