Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

• Multiple years’ experience in automotive technologies
• Good understanding of the Automotive bus systems (CAN, Flexray, Automotive Ethernet)
• Good understanding of hardware level communication interfaces (e.g. I2C, SPI, UART, SWD, JTAG), test and measurement tools (e.g. DSO/MSO, logic
analyzer, signal generator) and testing / interfacing techniques
• Experience with multiple programming and scripting languages
• Advanced knowledge of network protocols
• Advanced knowledge of Linux operating systems
• Be a quick and independent learner
• Self-dependent and a creative problem solver
• Attentiveness to detail, precision
• Fluent and written spoken English
• High level of integrity
• Professional attitude

Advantages
• Experience in system administration (Linux, Windows) or network device administration
• Experience in reverse engineering of software (Linux and Windows, x86/64; as well as ARM and other MCU architectures and native firmware)
• Experience in AUTOSAR based development
• Experience with modern automotive grade MCUs (e.g. Infineon Aurix TriCore)
• Experience in hardware hacking, good knowledge of different microcontrollers, experience with DIY digital electronics and prototyping
• German language skills


Your future role
• Be a technical lead in cyber security projects
• Research and learn new technologies, tools, techniques required for projects
• Writing reports/documentation/presentation about the projects result and present and explain to clients a deep technical level
• The cyber security projects can be, but are not limited to:
   o Technical level cybersecurity analysis of Automotive/IoT products (e.g. automotive ECUs, IoT and consumer electronics)
   o Penetration testing of Automotive/IoT products at hardware/firmware/interface/application level
   o Supporting clients to build cyber secure products
   o Supporting clients to build process/tools/techniques around secure development process
