Who we are looking for

Deloitte is seeking a B2B Marketing Coordinator/Specialist who will be responsible for executing strategic business development plan for the sustainability cross-business initiative in Central Europe (covering Poland as a home market and 18 additional territories). Working within the Clients & Industries team, especially with the Sustainability Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the execution of the program’s go-to-market strategy across the region. The role involves also operational, communication, knowledge management, administrative, project management support for Sustainability Leader and a wider community of practice.

Working closely with the CE Sustainability Leader and the CE Clients & Industries Marketing Leader you should be a self-motivated, creative, energetic, driven and results oriented individual with a can do attitude, with interest in sustainability-related topics. Working closely with the whole CE community you will execute strategies for elevating Deloitte’s presence and strengthening the firm’s brand and revenue opportunity generation. Additionally, you will work closely with the local marketing teams across all CE marketers and CE Sustainability Communications Lead, as well as global counterparts to ensure plans are aligned and executed with a view to achieving the firm’s overall business growth objectives. 


Work with a wide range of professionals from all service lines and businesses to execute a full complement of marketing initiatives to drive growth and enhance the market positioning of our specific offering across the CE region. You will among others:

  • Deliver business development and marketing plans aligned with the Sustainability plans and priorities.
  • Organize work of the community in Central Europe and support collaboration with respective networks in other geographies.
  • Collaborate with appropriate colleagues, including subject matter specialists, service area leaders, client service professionals and marketing and communications personnel to execute integrated marketing and business development programs.
  • Provide direction to the extended regional marketing teams on international campaigns that need to be executed in local markets in coordination with CE Sustainability Communications Lead.
  • Support the national sustainability leaders and community with business and marketing planning.
  • Support other Clients & Industries professionals in expanding knowledge of our Sustainability offering internally and externally.
  • Actively participate in industry/sector/communities meetings.
  • Provide operational support in daily cross-business initiative tasks (e.g., prepare weekly and monthly reports for selected teams). Active support to CE Sustainability Leadership.

What makes you a perfect candidate? 

  • Knowledge of ESG and sustainability trends and regulations.
  • At least 3-years of experience on a similar position supporting B2B projects and business development activities.
  • Fluency in Power Point, Excel and additional project management tools.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English; ability to speak other languages will be considered as an advantage.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Great research skills.
  • Proactivity and drive to learn new things and deep dive into new subjects.
