Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in technology projects in banking sector.
Well developed analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent English communication skills - both written & spoken.
Understanding of key technical aspects of system implementations.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Knowledge of and experience in a banking sector.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of agile development process.
Comfortable with information technology, systems and data; cloud-native solutions understanding.
Knowledge or implementation experience of cloud native banking solutions (e.g. Thought Machine, Mambu, Vodeno).
Experience in Python.
Experience in YAML.

Your future role

Participating in all stages of core banking implementation projects (on-premise as well as cloud-native solutions).
Leading analytical workshops, meetings and calls with a client to understand their processes, challenges and needs.
Translating business requirements into functional specification.
Building common understanding of needs between Client and our technical team.
Being continuously attentive to details and maintaining highest quality of project deliverables.
Liaising with clients and customers throughout the solution development and delivery cycle, acting as trusted advisor.
Staying up to date and specializing in the product we deliver by obtaining vendor certifications.
