Personal qualities:

Professional skills:

  • MS Office Package (focus on PPT and Excel)
  • Natural problem-solving skills
  • Degree in computer science, information science, information technology or related field
  • Working knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), including applications (API, containers, microservices, thick client), data (relational, non-SQL, analytics), DevOps, infrastructure (Cloud, servers, networking, disaster recovery, storage), platforms (application servers, document management, ETL)
  • Working knowledge of IT operations (ITIL certification preferred)
  • Analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in English

Nice to have:

  • Financial industry knowledge
  • Basic PMO (project management office) knowledge

Your future role
The tasks assigned to a consultant are unique depending on project. Some of them are listed below:
  • To provide industry research from scratch
  • To support senior colleagues with ad-hoc requests (data gathering, data analysis, create materials for meetings with client)
  • To clarify client's functional requirements in line with the business processes
  • To help with non-functional requirements
  • To help with IT landscape analysis
  • To help clients with change management activities
  • To help with complex projects delivery

Compensation: EUR 1 600 gross per month. Total compensation includes a variable component. A higher salary may be agreed, depending on professional qualifications and experience.
