Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Benefits administration
  • Very good analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
  • A client-oriented approach, we are operating at a fast pace and do our best to serve our internal clients in the most relevant
  • Good organizational skills and high accuracy level
  • Ability to proceed with a lot of information and data
  • Team-player attitude and, last but not least, a good sense of humor :)

Language knowledge

  • English
  • Romanian

Other prerequisites

  • MS Office

Your future role
  • Administrate the benefits plan for employees
  • Work closely with the Benefits online platform service provider, as well as with other benefit providers
  • Run monthly benefit reports
  • Lead and promote C&B communication and interpret C&B policies and procedures to business leaders and employees
  • Work closely, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefits
