Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • 1-3 years of working experience in controlling or otherwise proven practical understanding of business finance, controlling or management accounting
  • Interest in IT and emerging technologies - it can be reflected in your academic choices, internships, professional experience, or personal projects
  • Proactive approach when completing tasks, sharing ideas, bringing your thoughts to the table
  • Skilled in presenting clear, concise recommendations, supported by impactful visuals
  • Open, analytical and structured mindset
  • Excellent written and oral Czech & English communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office  (experience with VBA or Power Query is an advantage)
  • Preferred qualifications: Prior project experience with e.g. process redesign, solution implementation either on the side of client or external vendor

Your future role
  • As a consultant in our team, you will design and implement best practice business solutions and processes for Czech and international companies across industries with a focus on:
    • Analysis of the current setup and design of the future shape of business processes
    • Optimization of business finance processes
    • Re-design of the methodology to improve the decision making process
  • Conducting strategy workshops for clients, preparing the activities and agenda, preparing the outcomes
  • Consolidating the findings in a structured way as a deliverable for the client
  • Working with the team on internal strategy initiatives, proposals of our services and new project opportunities

  • Financial process mapping and process redefinition leveraging best practices
  • Revamping cost allocation and unit costing methodology resulting in a new model design and more accurate understanding of product profitability
  • (Re)Design of management reporting to enhance insights into key business indicators and support well-informed decision making of top leadership
