Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

Currently, within IT Department, we are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join Operational Excellence team. Your future team, is mainly focusing on ensuring and leveraging the success of the business process management approach and initiatives by promoting OpEx culture and providing business process improvement services to support the Deloitte strategy and goals. 


Our requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst;
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows;
  • Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations;
  • Attention to detail and team-working skills;
  • Knowledge and experience in BPMN 2.0 notation;
  • High level of competence with MS Office;
  • Excellent customer facing skills and a demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving;
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and focus groups;
  • Proactive and inquiring approach to improving processes or services.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in English – project communication and documentation requires English;
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies and processes.

Your future role

  • Collaborate with business teams and the IT Department to find the best way to design new processes and solve process-related problems;
  • Mapping existing processes and designing improved ones;
  • Analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated. Presenting process designs to stakeholders;
  • Leading process redesign workshops;
  • Facilitate process implementation workshops;
  • Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes.
