Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Mobility Manager who would join our CE Talent Team, become part of the Mobility Team and work closely with Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Taxes and Finance teams to provide advice and guidance on international mobility moves.


We wish you to have
  • At least 5 years of experience with international assignments and mobility programs in a multinational company
  • University degree preferably in economics/law or business management
  • Extensive understanding of tax implications and immigration issues
  • Advanced influencing skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently across international teams
  • Advanced strategic thinking and project management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks
Your future role
  • Coordination of international mobility cases from start to end from/to/within the Central Europe region countries
  • Act as the main point of contact to partners and also expatriates and project assignees in all aspects of relocation (relocation conditions, immigration, tax, house search and other entitlements)
  • Coaching mobility team specialists
  • Participate in the planning of future projects from mobility perspective – close cooperation with various business leaders will be required
  • Anticipate, eliminate and/or resolve all changes associated with relocations
  • Responsibility for mobility documentation
  • Advise on international mobility policies and procedures
  • Promote mobility within the Firm and among its employees
