Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

  • University degree;
  • Previous experience with international mobility, ideally 1-3 years;
  • Understanding of tax implications and immigration issues;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, other Central European language is an advantage;
  • Ability to work independently across international Teams;
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • MS Office skills on advanced level;
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks and navigate in a very complex environment.
Your future role
  • You will coordinate all types of international moves from start to finish into, from or within Deloitte Central Europe.
  • Act as the main point of contact to expatriates and project assignees in all aspects of relocation (relocation conditions, immigration, tax, and other entitlements).
  • Anticipate, eliminate and/or resolve all challenges associated with relocation.
  • Responsibility for documentation required for assignments.
  • You will advise our internal stakeholders on international assignment Firm policies and procedures.
  • Promote mobility within the Firm and among our employees.

About the team
We are regional team based in Poland and Czech Republic responsible for all types of International Mobility cases into, from or within Deloitte Central Europe covering 18 countries (CE).
