Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager who will be responsible for managing the CRM implementations on Salesforce or Creatio platforms, leading the project teams of business analysts and the business analysis workstreams. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, technical expertise and the ability to translate business needs into actionable strategies and functional requirements.  

 
 

Location: Warsaw / Wrocław. 

Apply if you: 


1.       Have proven experience (min. 6 years) working as a Project Manager / Business Analyst in the Salesforce or Creatio ecosystems.  

2.       Have knowledge of at least one of the above-mentioned platforms and its functionalities (confirmed by relevant certifications).

3.       Have experience in project implementation/management using Agile.  

4.       Have proven experience leading and developing teams.  

5.       Have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.  

6.       Have proven experience in working on proposals and pitching to the potential clients.  

7.       Are fluent in English (C1).  

8.       Can easily adapt to evolving technologies and business needs.  

9.       Have relevant certifications proving your knowledge of the Salesforce or Creatio platforms.  


Your future role

Key Responsibilities: 

Management of CRM implementations: 

1.       Manage and oversee the implementation of CRM systems.  

2.       Enhance customer engagement and retention with CRM strategies that support sales and customer service.  

3.       Monitor CRM data integrity and ensure data accuracy.  

 

Business Analysis Leadership: 

1.       Define and implement best practices for business analysis processes and methodologies.  

2.       Oversee the analysis of business requirements and the development of functional requirements.  

3.       Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.  

 

Talent development  

1.       Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment.  

2.       Coaching and developing other team members and encourage team members to grow.   

3.       Take part in the new hire interviews, be the driver in career conversations.   

 

Strategic Planning and Execution: 

1.       Manage budgets, timelines, and resources on CRM implementation projects.  

2.       Drive the adoption of CRM and business analysis tools and technologies.  

3.       Collaborate with senior management to develop CRM strategies and implement process improvements aligned with business goals.  

 

Business Development: 

1.       Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.  

2.       Work on sales proposals, designing the scope and assumptions to meet client needs.  

3.       Pitch proposals to clients, effectively communicating value propositions and business benefits.

CRM Team comprised 200 individuals from 8 countries in CE with a broad range of specializations, including various technology stacks. You are going to be a member of the CRM Functional Consultants Guild and you will be working closely on the Talent related initiatives with Aleksander Pruziński, Bogna Michalak, Joanna Komorowska, Anna Kucinska and Tomasz Stepien.
