Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in Organizational Change Management as well as knowledge of Change methodologies and tools (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, communication planning and execution, training support and business readiness measurement)
  • Proven track record of successful delivery in Change Management projects
  • Consulting experience is a great benefit
  • Demonstrated confidence and maturity to work with senior executives, clients and stakeholders
  • Agile and creative mindset when problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Change Management certification will be a strong plus
  • Knowledge of German language is very welcomed
Your future role
  • Collaborating with the client stakeholders to support them with creating change strategy, providing them with a Change Management structured methodology as well as advising a fit-for-purpose tools
  • Conduct change impact analysis, assess change readiness and support to identify key stakeholders
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
  • Help our clients to lead Change Management activities to manage employee engagement, address change resistance and improve employee performance
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
