Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
• Good understanding of business transformation and change management initiatives and project management principles
• Proven experience in corporate communication using different channels for different stakeholders groups
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Teams
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
• Proficient command of English
• Team player – working across countries
• Experience with change management deliverables (like stakeholder mgt, comms planning and impact assessments)
• High attention to details and structured work approach
• Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple formats
• Ability to work independently on projects, report on work progress and estimates
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to inputting data, reporting and data visualization
• Experience/savviness in data reporting and visualization tools: Salesforce, Tableu, Power BI

Your future role
• Interpret project requirements to data needs and “clean” data received in line with the ChangeScout templates
• Prioritization of workload based on projects needs and deadlines
• Collaborate with the ChangeScout COE (tool supporting team in US and in India) for any support needed to create the necessary data sets and dashboards required for each project
• Manage each data requirement and collaborate with multiple stakeholders at the same time
• Work on data preparation (csv/excel format) and update for change instruments such as Stakeholder Analysis, Change Readiness Survey, Training Curriculum, Change Impact Assessment or Change Plans and Events
• Prepare dashboards and presentations including data analysis results and interpretations
• Work in a multidisciplinary and global team
• Be the ChangeScout SME / go to person for any support needed within the CM team
• Support with activities related to the increase of the ChangeScout business portfolio (e.g. via training)
• Share with the CM team learnings and best practices about ChangeScout and data quality
