Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • Degree; others professional certifications will be a plus (expert in accessing European structural and cohesion funds, public procurement expert)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in non-reimbursable funds projects or minimum 3 years experience in similar field (analyst/consultant position for inhouse department)
  • Proficient, written and reading, in Romanian and English
  • Good knowledge of Management consulting, in one or more areas like: Strategy & Operations, Management & IT Systems, Financial Management, Human Capital, Public Sector
  • Presentation and reporting skills
  • Good knowledge of World, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Very good analytical thinking, planning and organization skills

Your future role
  • Monitoring the non-reimbursable funds programs;
  • Assisting the managers or senior consultant in documentations for accessing non-reimbursable financing, presentations or reports for clients by summarizing the analyses, the proposed solutions and recommendations
  • Participating in gathering the necessary materials and implementing for diverse EU Funding projects
  • Participating in marketing campaigns for promoting non-reimbursable funds programs;
  • Participating in client meetings with senior consultant, managers or directors
  • Supporting the senior consultant and managers in presentations and trainings, eternal or internal
  • Archiving and saving in line with the procedures the clients material (e-mails, memos)
  • Participating and promoting trainings for the professional certifications in line with the law and internal procedures
  • Complies with internal procedures regarding the organization of the activity, quality assurance and continuous improvement, reporting, recording of working hours and statements, etc.;
  • Other tasks in line with the teams purpose will be assigned by the manager
