Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

 Your qualifications: 

·       4+ years practice experience in at least 2 from the following areas: 

o   HR Organization Assessment

o   Employee Experience

o   HR Organization and Service Delivery Model design

o   HR Shared Services Centre transformation

o   End-to-end HR processes design and transformation

o   HR Technology assessment and implementation

o   HR Project Management

·       Demonstrated confidence and maturity to work with senior executives, clients and stakeholders

·       Agile and creative mindset when problem solving and troubleshooting

·       Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills 

·       Consulting experience and experience in multinational Human Capital projects

·       Experience in core HCM systems and enabling technologies (Workday / SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM / ServiceNow) deployment

The successful Candidate will: 

·       Be willing to work as part of a team, build relationships and contribute to the positive and supportive culture of the practice,

·       Have a proven track record of successful delivery in HR projects

·       Possess the ability and willingness to drive business development activities,

·       Have an experience and ability of working in multinational project teams,

·       Be employee-experience oriented,

·       Apply rigorous logic and data analysis to ensure all deliverables are of a high quality.


Your future role

Here are some of the things you may be doing within HR Advisory:

·       Support our clients in defining their HR strategy and according values

·       Analyse and revise current HR processes to more efficient ways of working

·       Contribute to the design of a delivery model for their HR services

·       Advise our clients on the design and implementation of (global) HR transformation programmes

Here are some of the things you may be doing within HR Transformation:

·       Understand and map our clients’ end-to-end HR-process

·       Collaborate closely together with HR Advisory to propose improvements an HR process

·       Implement our clients’ requirements into an HR IT-system

·       Follow-up after the go-live data to respond to questions or concerns

·       Help our clients select the best HR information system that suits their needs
