Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree 
• 2 years of professional project management/office / consulting / offer preparation
• Highly organized, rigorous, precise, and able to monitor and track the progress of requests and provide systematic / regular status updates
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail, thriving in a dynamic environment
• Strong capacities to build trusted business relationships, being tactful, and possessing a strong client-oriented mind-set
• Strong team spirit, a passion for learning about new and emerging technologies, and a curiosity about business, financial, operational, and IT processes
• Advisor approach and a proactive mind-set with internal stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and within tight deadlines
• Very good English with oral and written communication skills other EU languages are an advantage
• Ambitious with a focus on achieving self and team KPIs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Participation supporting pre-sales and sales projects and initiatives
  • Cooperation within Deloitte Network and international environment

  • Providing direct support to the GPS Team in preparing offers
  • Assisting with, creating and monitoring go-to-market tasks
  • Preparing business practice standards and processes
  • Supporting Team by monitoring the progress of the various sectors’ ambition plans and strategies
  • Inspiring colleagues by sharing experiences and knowledge – being an added value for the team

Selection process
Recruitment process is easy, all you have to do is:
  • Stage 1 – Send your CV in word or pdf format in English/Polish. 
  • Stage 2 - Complete an analytical and English online test. (1 hour) 
  • Stage 3 - Join an HR interview (online, 60 minutes) • 
  • Stage 4 - Attend a Hiring Manager interview (online, 45 minutes) 
  • Stage 5 - Welcome on board!

CE Government & Public Sector (GPS) Practice is dedicated to EU based public sector institutions, local and federal governments outside Central Europe. Our main focus is business development activities across technology and digital transformations space. We are a cross-functional team delivering value to our public sector clients leveraging the best of Deloitte expertise and cooperating with variety of Deloitte practices from EMEA.
