Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in financial institutions, consulting, or supervisory agencies  
  • General understanding of regulatory requirements for financial institution
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related studies
  • Ambition to learn, be pro-active and work under own initiative
  • Understanding of the macroeconomic and financial markets environment
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English

Your future role

As a Consultant you will be working on:

  • Projects where you will be part of team of experienced consultants delivering services for leading financial institutions in Croatia and wider region
  • Desing and implementation of processes aligned with supervisory expectations
  • Risk management, measurement, and mitigation concepts
  • Contribution to delivering of Sustainability-related projects for financial institutions

About the team

We are a team of more than 30 professionals specialized in Risk Advisory services for financial institutions, located in cluster Central Europe South, operating as a ONE team, across borders. We advise local and international banks, non-banking financial institutions, supra-national institutions, and supervisors on a wide range of complex topics.

Considering the strong development of our business in the last years, the organic planned growth of our team, and upcoming challenges faced by the financial sector in various themes surrounding regulatory requirements, we are currently looking to further strengthen our Risk Advisory team within the Central Europe South and located in Zagreb, with talented professionals.
