Who we are looking for

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our Consulting - Operations Transformation Team as a Manager.
In this role you will be part of our leadership team, having a significant contribution to the execution of key objectives and priorities by performing a wide range of client related and business development activities contributing to the further development of our team.
You will be part of a rapidly growing and dynamic team with the goal of helping clients assessing, redesigning and implementing new operating models as well as new strategies. You will be exposed to a wide range of projects for clients from different industries which make this job unique.

Who we're looking for:

·       5+ years previous consulting experience or relevant industry role (e.g. strategy, process/ continuous improvement, project management, change management etc.)

·       Intellectual curiosity

·       Self-starter, fast-learner and result oriented

·       Very good qualitative and quantitative analysis skills

·       Excellent communication skills both oral and written, able to interact with various background people from various levels (i.e. form shop floor to C level)

·       Fluent in Romanian and English

Nice to have:

·       Previous experience in one of the following industries: retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, insurance

·       Previous experience/ certificates within one of the following areas: business analysis, project management, change management, organizations design - Agile organizations (Spotify model), Lean Management, Six Sigma

·       Previous experience with data modelling and data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau etc.)

·       Exposure to foreign environment(s) (e.g. studies, work, long-term travel etc.)

Your future role

Leverage business opportunities, taking ownership for business development opportunities of medium complexity or modules of complex pursuits/opportunities

Autonomously manage projects with the objective to maximize quality and value to the client, whilst ensuring positive engagement economics metrics

Leverage data to recommend impactful approach and solutions through the power of analysis and visualization

Apply robust interlinkages amongst all business process and technology in order to prepare an operations transformation plan that modernizes, re-imagines and transforms client's core operations

Be the client interface and manage client communication, prepare and deliver client workshops, presentations and reports

Develop high-performing people, whilst fostering a team environment

Assist in recruiting, coaching and developing new joiners
