Who we are looking for

#content #expert  We are looking for an experienced Content Personalization Strategist to join our internal team. As an expert you will be responsible for contributing to the development, project management, and successful implementation of web content personalization programs & solutions.  

This position will play a huge role in driving business growth, awareness, demand generation, pipeline building and acceleration of client's digital media effectiveness, organic traffic, and long-term success. 

Location: Warsaw, Łódź or remote work. 

Experience areas: 

  • Knowledge of A/B-testing & Split testing technologies (e.g., Visual Website Optimizer, Adobe Target, Google Optimize) 
  • Knowledge of Personalization / Segmentation technologies (e.g., Adobe Target, Apsis Profile Cloud/Innometrics, Google Optimize) 
  • Knowledge of Web analytics technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Data Studio) 
  • Experience with applying analytics tagging and validating accuracy 
  • Proven ability to perform in-depth analysis, synthesize results and make recommendations to business 
  • Ability to design, develop and prepare business presentations and reports to senior management 
  • Familiarity with business and marketing metrics 
  • Deep understanding of digital functionalities required to optimize the content experience 
  • Setting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to determine success of content optimization 
  • Working with multidisciplinary teams including content, design, development, and governance 
  • Excellent stakeholder management 
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 

Your future role
  • Building roadmaps and strategies for web personalization to support key business objectives 
  • Driving content targeting & segmentation strategies for web properties  
  • Developing strategies around UX evolution of lead generation for positive impact on driving sales growth 
  • Recommending and implementing analytics tracking code needed for ongoing reporting and analysis activities 
  • Building hypotheses to champion a data-driven, test and learn approach to optimizing user experiences throughout the funnel 
  • Developing measurable visitor paths designed to increase engagement and conversion 
  • Creating wireframes, testing and personalization briefs, presentations, documentation, use-cases for product development and pre-sales 
  • Actively partner and share insights with teams (Creative, Content, Digital, User Experience, Marketing, Ads, Product Developers, Analysts, Usability Researchers, and Pre-sales teams) 
  • Contributing to the business development process by actively participating in sales calls, assisting/lead proposal development efforts and delivering client presentations 
  • Working on the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, and business development tools
