Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • 2-3 years of relevant business experience;
  • Legal/Administration background;
  • Experience in reviewing and redlining commercial contracts will be an advantage;
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Products like Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
  • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills; other languages will be an advantage;
  • Knowledge in contract and commercial management matters;
  • Understanding of standard contractual terms and conditions;
  • Ability to identify "key risks" and mitigation strategy; 
  • High level of diligence, analytical skills, and attention to detail;
  • Ability to multitask within tight timelines and limited supervision.
Your future role
  • Perform contract analysis;
  • Drafting and negotiating low complexity commercial contracts with third parties/ service providers across civil and common law jurisdictions;
  • Support contract data gathering activities;
  • Support more senior team members in different ad hoc requests and analysis;
  • Perform contract review based on established playbooks, guidelines and standards, identify typical deviations;
  • Prepare a draft of the obligation matrix and monitors contractual obligations of all parties,and provide a continuous review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met in a timely fashion;
  • Manage basic contract queries;
  • Ensure accurate & timely delivery of project deliverables within agreed SLA.

About the team
The Deloitte Legal Managed Services team works with the legal, procurement, and finance departments and commercial and business groups to help them standardize their contract and commercial management processes, achieve greater efficiencies and increase the value they deliver to their business stakeholders.
