Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • university degree in Accounting, Finance or Law,
  • 5 or more years' experience with tax advisory, especially in CIT, international tax and tax due diligence areas,
  • extensive knowledge of Bulgarian and international tax law,
  • previous experience in Big 4 is a plus,
  • prior experience in managing a team and handling multiple projects simultaneously,
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships,
  • excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bulgarian,
  • strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Your future role
  • manage and oversee corporate tax compliance and advisory projects for a diverse portfolio of clients,
  • provide complex tax planning and advisory services to clients, including international tax, tax M&A and Pillar Two (global minimum tax) services,
  • lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support in their development,
  • develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high standards of service delivery,
  • collaborate with other departments and service lines to provide a comprehensive approach to client needs,
  • prepare and review complex tax returns and ensure accurate and timely filings,
  • build partnerships with clients and other parties,
  • proactively take relevant and valuable tax ideas to our clients to grow the practice,
  • identify and develop new opportunities for additional tax services,
  • organize and execute client engagement while acting as a trusted business advisor,
  • stay updated on changes in tax legislation and inform clients of any implications.
