Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • Experience with and deep working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word as a design tool;
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat);
  • Proven record in pursuit design at a professional services (or similar) organisation ;
  • Comprehensive understanding of printing principles, graphic design rules, including layout, colour theory and typography;
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills - multitasking with high level of ownership;
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment internally and with clients; 
  • Strong people skills and ability to work with a diverse set of people;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong team player with a collegiate style who enjoys working, collaborating, and having fun with teammates;   
  • Ability to prioritise activities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality work while facing competing priorities and strict deadlines; 
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise activities and stay focused in a dynamic, ever-changing environment; 
  • Full-time role, willing to travel to work on-site with pursuit teams as needed; 
  • Key characteristics for success: creativity, proactiveness, enthusiasm, commitment, perseverance, adaptability, superior attention to detail, team player.

Your future role
  • Transform complex content and ideas into visually compelling and engaging materials such as proposal documents, presentations, and other collateral, ensuring clarity and impact;
  • Ensure all pursuit materials align with the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across visual elements and ensuring a polished, professional appearance;
  • Work closely with pursuit teams to develop creative concepts and solutions that effectively communicate the value proposition;
  • Create design concepts that fit the unique needs of each pursuit, tailoring visuals to the client’s industry, goals, and business context to enhance differentiation and competitive advantage;
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met, resources are coordinated, and all deliverables are completed to the highest standard;
  • Continuously seek out new and innovative design trends, tools, and techniques to elevate the overall quality and effectiveness of pursuit materials;
  • Regularly communicate with key stakeholders, gathering input, feedback, and ensuring that design solutions align with the overall pursuit strategy and client needs;
  • Review and refine all design deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with both client and internal expectations, with attention to detail in every element of the design.

About the team

NSE Tax & Legal is currently searching for a Tax Operate Creative Lead (Senior Consultant) to join the established Tax Operate Pursuit Centre of Excellence’s Creative Excellence team. The PCoE provides resources, as well as hands-on pursuit support to the largest and strategically important opportunities within our Tax & Legal practice through a dedicated infrastructure and team of professionals experienced in pursuit strategy, project management, innovative design, commercial strategy, and knowledge management.
